Subsidiary Profiles

Kili Industrial Park

Kili Industrial Park is a large-scale, multi-sector industrial development project set to be established in Kilimanjaro, Tanzania. Covering over 500 acres, the park will be designed to host a variety of industries including food processing, construction materials, animal feed production, warehousing, and furniture manufacturing. Strategically located near Tanzania’s northern corridor, the park will serve over 15 million people across northern regions including Kilimanjaro, Arusha,Tanga, Singida, and extend services to Kenya mainly Nairobi city and Mombasa. The park will offer fully serviced plots, modern infrastructure such as water, electricity, roads, and investor support services through a central administration block which will be located within the area for wase and smooth operation.

Export Processing Zone - EPZ

The Mwanga Export Processing Zone (EPZ) is a large-scale, industrial investment project situated in Mwanga District, Kilimanjaro Region, strategically positioned to serve both Tanzanian and East African export trade to the rest of the world. The EPZ is designed to stimulate regional industrial growth, facilitate global trade, and attract export-oriented manufacturers. The EPZ will offer ready-to-occupy industrial plots, bonded warehouses, on-site customs and clearance services, and tax incentives for both foreign and local investors. It will be operated under Tanzania’s Export Processing Zones Authority (EPZA) regulations.

Oil and Gas Storage Facilities

The Industrial Area will include a dedicated energy logistics zone featuring bulk fuel storage tanks and distribution facilities for petroleum products. This unit is strategically designed to support both industrial tenants and the wider regional demand across Northern Tanzania and neighboring countries such as Kenya and Uganda.

Tawi Hotel Dodoma

Tawi Hotel is a modern 100-room mid-range hotel under development in Dodoma City. It targets business and leisure travelers with premium amenities and affordable service. The hotel is strategically located to benefit from Dodoma’s rapid urban and governmental expansion.

Olo Furniture Hub

Located in Arusha, Olo Furniture Hub is a premium furniture manufacturing and retail business combining traditional Tanzanian craftsmanship with modern design for residential and commercial clients.

Mwanga Dry Port

Mwanga Dry Port is a proposed 40,000 m² inland port in Kilimanjaro aimed at decongesting Dar es Salaam Port by routing northern and regional cargo through Tanga Port. It will provide bonded warehousing, container handling, and customs services.

Sports and Entertainment Centers

These modern sports and entertainment centers are planned in Arusha, Kilimanjaro, and Dodoma. The facilities will cater to both children and adults with sports academies, playgrounds, live entertainment, and community events.

Shamba to Plate

Shamba to Plate Limited (“SPL”) is a private company limited by shares and it is a Tanzanian-owned company founded and operated by Two Tanzanian citizens. The Company is registered under Company Act of 2009 with Certificate of incorporation No. 178877593 of and TIN 178-877-593 with principal offices located at Plot No. 948, Sakina Street, Arusha.

With a startup capital of TZS 200,000,000, the company aims to grow its revenue to TZS 4.4 billion within five years. SPL is committed to increasing the supply of high-quality meat by adopting efficient and hygienic livestock farming practices. This includes fattening cattle, processing meat, and distributing it to markets while ensuring proper storage and handling.
